Senior Spokesmodel Application

As a spokesmodel for Life Happens Photography, you have the opportunity to represent Life Happens Photography's seniors! Spokesmodels will receive countless perks including a complimentary mini session, digital images to share online with friends, senior session, group activities, participation in a styled shoot, cash bonuses, discounts on printed products, and more! I am so excited to kick-start this program for my business and can't wait to work with an amazing group of XXXX seniors! Before applying, please read the following:

Chosen spokesmodels are required to:

*Attend a meet and greet event - TBD

*Participate in mini sessions with the full team on: TBD

*Use Life Happens Photography as their sole photographer during their senior year

*Post on social media frequently about Life Happens Photography

*Book your senior session with Life Happens Photography for a total of $XXX (this is the only payment associated with the spokesmodel program and can be earned back through referrals)

*Notify parents that you've completed this application. Parent(s) will be contacted if you are chosen, so please make them aware you've applied!

*If you are interested in joining the team, please fill out the form below! Spokesmodels will be chosen and announced by TBD.

PARENTS AND SENIOR: READ THOROUGHLY BEFORE SUBMITTING! By clicking submit, I understand that if I am chosen as a Life Happens Photography spokesmodel, I will be required to use Life Happens Photography as my senior photographer and will agree to not use any other photographers for the duration of the spokesmodel program/senior year. I also understand this application will be reviewed by Tracy Vann (Owner/Photographer) and is not a guaranteed acceptance into the spokesmodel program. In addition, I understand that if I am chosen as a spokesmodel, I am required to pay the cost of a senior session $XXX  but will have the opportunity to earn that back through referrals.

Thank you so much for applying to be a 2025 Spokesmodel!  I can't wait to review your application! If you are chosen as a senior spokesmodel, you will be notified by   If you are not, your application will be kept on file for all future model calls and styled shoots!

 

If you haven't already, please be sure to make your parents aware that you have applied for the team.  If you are chosen, I will contact your parents first to notify them you have been accepted.  Make sure they know that you applied so an email does not surprise them!
